The retention of information in the register is based either on a contractual relationship with our company, on the person's consent to the storage of the information or on our company's legitimate interest in collecting information for the purpose of our business.

We collect and store information about potential new customers based on customer relationships or business. The collection of data from new potential customers is based on business operations and we collect the data ourselves.

Customers have provided their information themselves and we have also retrieved it from customers' websites and various search services.

In addition, in connection with business operations, for example, in the acquisition of new customers, we can use e.g. names picked from the media that we can contact for business purposes.

The information contained in the registry is stored on our server and in the cloud service, where it is protected by firewalls, passwords and other generally accepted technical means in the information security industry. Manually maintained materials are located in premises that are blocked from unauthorized access.

Individuals have the opportunity to check their own information in the register. Individuals may also make requests for rectification or removal from the register.
